Friar Gate Surgery is proud to provide services for our Deaf patients. We provide a hearing loop at Reception. We have signing available via Language Line for both three way calls/video conferencing and face to face appointment.
Our commitment also includes our Deaf Friendly website and digital services, services via Language Line and some support from Communication Unlimited, including our Deaf Friendly Flu Clinics and a Deaf Aware focus group via our Patient Participation Group.
