How do I register for Patient Access
You can register by visiting the surgery and requesting a registration letter which will enable you to set up a full account. The surgery will require identification. Once you have the letter you can then enter the details from the letter into the registration form, via Patient ACCESS.
Access to Summary Record
The Patient Access system has now been enabled to allow patients to view their Summary Care Record online. Patients wishing to access the service will be required to call into the surgery, bringing proof of identity.* We will then issue you with a registration form which contains a password and instructions on how to register.
* If you have already completed the registration process to access online services, ie appointment booking or repeat prescription requests via the Patient Access system, it will not be necessary to provide proof of identity again. However, any patient who wishes to access their summary record will need to fill in an application form, available from reception.
